Sand Sculpture, Good Harbor Beach, 1986. I was walking along Good Harbor beach and saw a large crowd of people. They were surrounding a sand sculpture that a sculptor had created. It's something he did every Sunday at this same beach, always at low tide. This meant that the life of the sculpture was only a few hours long. When the tide came back in, the sculpture would be washed away.
