Pogies, Coffins Beach, 2000. They are actually called menhaden. But everyone calls them pogies, which is what they grow into. Occasionally a large school of bluefish terrorize a school of pogies. Bluefish are voracious and the pogies sometimes beach themselves while trying to get away.
