Operating
with two rooms and two teachers, the Millboro School is the
central fixture in this town of 11. "I taught for 12 years
in the west half, before it was moved into Millboro," says
former country teacher Beverly Burnham. The deteriorating school
was replaced in preparation for the 2001-2002 school year. "It's
going to get sold soon, and they've already moved the new
school building in. I don't like that at all; I wish someone
would buy it and make it into a community hall or something
else we could use."
