Soldiers with Task Force 2-69 Armor, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division from Fort Benning, Georgia, take defensive positions as an Iraqi man approaches their Bradley Fighting vehicle. Soldiers were on a mission to determine the source of frequent mortar fire from the area. They also believed a sniper had taken position in the vicinity of the man's home. The dust storm later intensified reducing visibility to less than 20 yards.
