2003 in a part of Baghdad, Iraq formerly called Saddam City and now
known as Al-Sadir. While parts of the capital are still reeling from
fighting and looting, other parts of the city are beginning to show
signs of normalcy as people ride buses, shop in markets and go on
with everyday life.
