JAYYUS. Issam Mahmoud Khaled and other farmers are trying to negociate with Israeli soldiers so that they can pass the security gate and join their farm lands on the other side. For twelve days the farmers have not been able to reach their lands and water their crops. They are desparate to save their crops. According to the farmers, the soldiers change the rules every day that permit farmers to pass over to their lands. The military is trying to impose a system of permits for the farmers but the farmers refuse to accept this system since "whoever asks for permission can also be refused permission". The farmers say that since they own their lands they should not have to ask for permission to go to them.
