Mamello Mokholokoe, herself physically challenged after a leg operation, created Phelisanong, a community-based project to rehabilitate, educate and train disabled children and youth. They provide HIV education, support groups and outreach for orphans and other vulnerable children. Mamello holds orphan Mamakhooa Maeketsi, 8, while Setlehko Moti, 7, touches her cheek.
