I was waiting quietly on the state floor of the White House for the Clintons to leave for the Capital on Inauguration Day, January 20th, 1997. Apparently Chelsea Clinton is showing her mother the dress she has chosen wear for the festivities. For a mom, this picture hardly needs a caption.
