Washington, D.C. -- Congresswoman Maxine Waters and Gary Grant, President of the Black Farmers and Agriculturists Association, lead a demonstration at the entrance of the USDA. Secretary of Agriculture Dan Glickman eventually agreed to their demand that he speak with them, meeting with a small delegation who spoke on behalf of black farmers.
