A U.S. Marine with a "moto" tattoo is relieved to be able to strip out of the chemical suit he had been wearing continuously since the troops crossed the border into Iraq in March of 2003. Once it became evident that Saddam Hussein was not going to launch any chemical or biological weapons, the service members were permitted to doff their protective suits.
