GAY HEAD CLIFFS, Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts: This is probably the most oft-photographed vista on Martha's Vineyard. What makes this one extra special is a combination of a dramatic sky, turbulent surf, and that golden, late-afternoon sunlight. I have sold a 24x30-inch poster version of this landscape many times.
