I was in N.Y.C. when I heard about George Harrison's charity concert for the people of Bangladesh at Madison Square Garden the next day. My friend Chip Monck was lighting director and he kindly gave me a crew pass to carry my cameras in early on the day of the concert. Photographers were not particularly welcome by the management team. I hid the equipment under the lighting control board, stayed on stage in the wings during the concert and shot only at the more iconic moments.
