Jack Nicholson had not only to undergo 4 hours of makeup each day but had to endure the freezing cold nights in the dead of winter at Pinewood Studios in England. In this photograph he is hanging off the cathedral roof with huge wind machines blowing on him to look like the down draft of an overhead helicopter.
