WELCOME HOME This could have been shot on any wilderness trail in America, not urban America. But it's Canal Boulevard in what once was one of the nicest neighborhoods of New Orleans. Doctors, lawyers, politicians, professional athletes all have trouble recognizing their old Lakeview neighborhood.
