Rwanda. 1994: Massacres between Tutsis and Hutus had already started. Originally sporadic, they grew into a massive, full-blown genocide of unfathomable proportions. Four photographers were sent to the field by FNAC and RSF to bring awareness to the West. The campaign, called "100,000 Careless Dead," featured this girl in a refugee camp.
