The Talpiot transit camp on the outskirts of Jerusalem on one of the hottest days of the year. A place of misery. The fellow dousing the kids with water is a volunteer from a youth movement. For a little while he gets the children to forget the harshness of living in a tin hut where there are no trees to give them shade and no ice cream stands to give them pleasure. (1954)
