During the recent summit
between President Clinton and the new
Russian President Putin,
the press photographers were told to take a
few hours off so that
President Clinton could tour the Kremlin.
The weather in Moscow's
Red Square was unusually nice, and
Dirck Halstead began
taking some happy snaps.
