Associated Press photographer Doug Mills was with President Bush on September 11, and traveled with the press pool for the President's trip to New York shortly afterward. His picture of President Bush raising an an American flag at Ground Zero was published on the cover of Time magazine. In this interview by Dirck Halstead, Doug tells us about this trip with the President, which led to his cover photo.
