Latafiya, Iraq, May 19, 2007 [Bravo Co. 2-15, Task Force 2-15, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division] – A Bravo Co. soldier holds an Iraqi informant arrested following a blast that killed a U.S. soldier from Alpha Co. There is suspicion that the informant lured them into the area where they were attacked by a land mine or IED. The soldiers were searching for three missing American comrades abducted several days earlier.
