Somewhere on the battlefield in the '73 war, I saw this face. A reservist, called up on that black Saturday in October to defend his country. A man who obviously has better things to do in life. To me he is the typical Israeli, the man who abhors spit and polish. The atypical soldier, who knows how to go to war, to get it over with as fast as he can, and then go back to the business of everyday life.
