Early in the morning on the day Hurricane Isabelle struck, Ronnie Padgett, 28, from Dunn,N.C. helps Kenneth P. Hayes, 56, from Turnersville clear a huge oak tree from across two west bound lanes of US58 that was blocking trucks and cars.
