TYRE, LEBANON, July 24, 2006: Samah Shihab, 7, lies in the Government Hospital in Tyre, Lebanon, with multiple injuries to her legs from Israeli gunfire. The bullets shattered her bones and it may still be possible that one or both legs will need to be amputated. In any case it is doubtful that she will ever walk normally again.
