held by the Elite Modeling Agency in Moscow to select two women from the
former Soviet Union to compete in Paris for their Face of the Year. A 15
year old Ukrainian (in the white dress) was the winner, and went on to
win the international competition in Paris as well. She is now working
with Elite in New York.
