In Spanish we say, "Son las borregas mas agradecidas."  Agradecidas is to be grateful for something...In other words the sheep will provide us with wool, they'll provide us with meat and some income to sustain ourselves, because they are grateful.  It's provided a decent life and we struggle a lot.  It allows us to work as a family together.  It allows us to do things that other families don't get to do, spend a lot of time together. Even though they're hard hours and sometimes they're long and sometimes they're tiring and everybody gets cranky, that's what we know how to do. It's almost a spiritual way of looking at things.
