Anybody who has been in agriculture knows that farming is a gamble.  When we made the decision to convert this place to organic the people I went to where the Canadians, hate to say it.  They were a little more ahead of legume production.  Then after we got into it a little, we have a web of farmers now that are doing the same thing I am, and we get together and compare successes and failures.
