June 30, 1999 - Enis Banushi, 6,

experts are exhuming a mass grave
site. American KFOR forces are
making sure that mass graves in their
sector are not tampered with before
evidence is gathered for the War
Crimes Tribunal in the Hague.


 
June 30, 1999 - A Canadian forensics expert
brushes off a bone found at a mass grave site
in Vlastica, some 70 kms. southeast of Pristina.
Thirteen victims, killed in the end of April
during the NATO bombing campaign, were
found in this bulldozed house after KFOR 
forces occupied Kosovo. KFOR is gathering
evidence for the war crimes tribunal in the
Hague.
