The President and Dr. Kissinger were constantly making news regarding Vietnam, Cambodia, China, and other foreign policy matters, and I was eager to get a photograph that would symbolize their close relationship.  My patience was rewarded one winter morning when, ignoring my presence, the two men conferred in the Oval Office.
